This is how my Mom and Dad found me!

Here is "My" Story!!
Wyatt Earp Holliday

Hello! Thank you for visiting my Web Site!! Thank you to my Mom for typing for me! My name is Wyatt Earp Holliday. My parents named me after the Gun Slinger Wyatt Earp! My (human) Dad is named after Doc Holliday. Since Wyatt and Doc were such great friends, my uncle Paul (Known as, "Paul the Ball Carrier" for his foot ball talents!) talked my Dad into giving me the proud name of "Wyatt Earp"! Holliday is my Dad's last name. So, there you have it! That is how they came up with my name!

My parents are Jon Todd and Tanya Holliday! I am loved sooo much and I love them soo much! My Mom and Dad get along so perfect! My Dad met my Mom about a year after he moved here to Arizona from Michigan. My Mom told me how much my Dad loved my doggie Uncle "Mufasa". Mufasa is a boxer that my Dad had for the short time of only 3 years! Mufasa was hit by a car only a few days before my Dad moved here. Mom said that Dad was crushed. My Dad told my Mom all about Mufasa. She said you could see and feel the love that my Dad felt for him! My Dad looked at over 42 litters of Boxer puppies to try to find one that could in a way, "Replace", the empty space in his heart that Mufasa took with him when he died. He had no luck, and gave up for a while.
My parents had a happy life and the two do so many fun things. But, my Mom felt that my Dad was missing something in his life. A boxer! She thought it would be so neat if she could find a relative of Mufasa's. Well, my Mom had to get a little sneaky. She went through some old photo's of Dads and found Mufasa's AKC papers. She called the breeder listed on the papers and found out that Mufasa's Mom had passed on too. She didn't stop there though! She got on the internet and
E-mailed AKC to see if they have any boxer breeders with any of the kennel names that appeared on Mufasa's papers. They referred her to several breeders. One of them, Lance, did have a male dog that was out of the same line as Mufasa! He however, did not have any puppies and would not for several months. But, he told my Mom about a couple who bred to his male. He told her they kept the "Pick of the Litter", a flashy fawn male. They were going to keep him to show. He had recently found out that the wife had gotten pregnant and was having a difficult pregnancy. He thought that the puppy would be for sale. My Mom called and spoke with Tina. It was true!! Guess who the flashy fawn boxer was? Me!!! I heard the many conversations. Tina seemed happy, she liked my Mom from the first conversation and felt that Tanya would be a perfect Mom for me! I heard from Tina that "I" was suppose to be a surprise for my Dad! (Now knowing my mom--She can NOT keep a surprise--she TOLD him!) He was thrilled! He wanted to keep it somewhat of a surprise, so didn't want to see my photo's that Tina E-mailed my Mom. Well, once my Mom saw how adorable I was, she could not help herself! She SHOWED him of course! Well, my Dad loved me! So, look out Arizona here I come!!!!
I was very excited, never scared about flying on the Big Airplane! (My Dad is terrified of flying -- a control problem I think I heard Grandma Holliday say.) The vet approved my health to fly, just had to wait till I was 8 weeks old! I was 7 weeks -- Boy, did that week feel like an eternity! My Mom called everyday to see how I was. I just could not wait to meet her! The conversations were long and filled with smiles! (If you know my Mom she talks A LOT, but we love her!) On the very day that I turned 8 weeks, I was put in a Kennel and taken to the airport by Tina and her Mom (Grandma). I was on my way!   Until a local phone company cut the wires for the North American Airlines control booth! I sat there in the plane for 4 hours! But, I arrived in Arizona in one piece! I was sooooooo happy!!!! So happy I almost forgot how bad I had to PEEEEEE!!!! I held it for 8 bumpy hours! My Mom and Dad were sooo proud!
Well, we have had a great time since that moment! We travel, camp, fish (I love to go out on MY Bass boat, Dad lets me lick the fish before he returns it to the water), ride horses and so many other things.

I have so many hobbies. I love to practice agility skills, fetch, play "blanket monster", wrestle and play rough with my Dad, cuddle with my Mom, race my neighbors dogs down the fence line ( I usually win-cause I'm the man!) and I pretend to like to pose for photo's for my Mom-it makes her happy. I have 9 other brother and sisters. We all get along most of the time. I have to admit sometimes we have a scuff, but we love each other no matter what! On the next few pages you will see a few photo's that my Mom and Dad took of me! Mom is ALWAYS taking pictures of me, squeezing my cheeks and telling me how cute I am! I hope you enjoy them--just remember what I went through for your viewing enjoyment! I will add updated photo's  when my mom downloads them into the computer for me!

These two photo's are at the same Lake, I'm laying in this chair, trying to dry!  My dad didn't think that it was too eary for swimming lessons!!  He still likes to throw me in the water!!
